Orders can be places via telephone, e-mail, regular
mail, fax.
When placing a special order you will need the following:
1. Size of keepsake box or cedar chest
2. Picture of artwork or a detailed description of type
of artwork desired.
3. Method of payment.

Your order is important to us. We would love to work
with you one on one to be sure all the details of your
order is correct and the finished product is exactly
what you ordered. If you are ordering via, e-mail, regular
mail, or fax we will contact
you to confirm your order and go over all the details
of your order. We will then send you a confirmation
order sheet.

OPTIONS TO OUR CEDAR CHESTS
We offer Trays, Trim, and False Bottom packages to our Cedar Chests.
The Base price for these items would be $75.00 each
package. If you would like any of these options for our smallest chest the prices will need to be quoted at time of sale.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS
CANCELLATIONS: You will have 2 days (48 hours) to cancel your order,
after that time production will begin and cancellations
on special orders will not be honored. You will be responsible
for payment in full.
RETURNS: We will only accept returns for product defects. If you receive a defective product, please call within 48 hours to process a return. We do not accept returns of custom products once an order is completed and shipped. If there is a defect in the actual product, please call and we will be happy to process any valid request for return. Custom orders will not be refunded after it has been shipped unless there is a defect in the actual product. Defects may include, cracks in wood, gouges in the wood due to shipping or damage to product during shipping. No refunds will be made due to design flaws, we try to give you every option to be sure this is what you truely want on the product before we start production, such as a 48 hour option to cancel, and we are available to speak to you during regular business hours, to answer any questions you may have.
PAYMENTS
We accept credit cards (see below). We will accept Certified
Checks and personal checks. Payment in full for all
keepsake boxes is expected at time of order (the order
will include shipping charges). 50% down on all cedar
chest orders and the remaining amount due at time of
shipping. Orders made with personal check will be held
until the check has cleared.

Our goal is NOT to mass produce, but to produce
a quality product that our customers are proud to own
and pass on to their children.
Please note: All sizes of Keepsake Boxes and Cedar
Chests are approximate.
